Your Royal Duties

  • Google Workspace Management: You'll be the master of our Google domain, ensuring everyone has access to the tools they need (and keeping those pesky spam emails at bay).
  • Software Subscription Management: You'll keep our software licenses in check, making sure we're getting the best bang for our buck (and staying on the right side of the law).
  • Company Storage Servers: You'll be the guardian of our precious data, ensuring it's safe, secure, and always available (no data loss disasters on your watch!).
  • Mac Environment: You'll be our resident Mac whisperer, troubleshooting any issues and keeping our systems running smoothly (because who needs a PC anyway?). 🍎
  • Internet and Domain Management: You'll keep us connected to the world (and make sure our website is always up and running).
  • Emergency Support: You'll be our IT hero, ready to swoop in and save the day when things go wrong (even if it's outside of office hours). πŸ¦Έβ€β™‚οΈ

You'll Need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or something equally impressive. πŸŽ“
  • At least 5 years of IT management experience (preferably in a Mac-based environment).
  • A deep understanding of Google Workspace and its many wonders.
  • Experience managing software subscriptions and licenses (no pirating allowed!).
  • Knowledge of storage server technologies and data backup solutions (we're talking serious data protection).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills (you're the IT detective!). πŸ•΅οΈβ€β™‚οΈ
  • The ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities (multitasking is your middle name).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (you'll be working with a fabulous bunch).
  • Flexibility to work on-site and remotely, and provide emergency support when needed (we'll make it worth your while).
  • An open mind and respect for diversity, including the LGBTQ+ community.

The Schedule:

  • One full day per week (9 hours) of dedicated on-site or remote work.
  • Availability to work an additional one to two days per week, as needed.
  • On-call availability for emergency support outside of regular working hours (with extra compensation, of course).
